All ticket sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each guest on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the date and time of the event.
Purchase tickets here on our website by placing a deposit for each attending guest. On the day of your cruise, you will be charged the remaining balance.

Due to the extremely limited capacity for our Miami Seafest boat party and the tendency to sell out, we recommend that you secure your spots, if available, as soon as possible. Last-minute bookings, although we try to accommodate them, aren't always guaranteed.

Miami Seafest Boat Party is the hottest hip-hop and Reggaeton party in Miami Beach, expect the latest hit and a great atmosphere.

The Miami Bayside Marina has multiple parking locations.
The paid parking garage is located at the main entrance and with valet self-parking next to the Ferris Wheel.All events are rain or shine. If the weather were to not permit us from sailing, a party may be held dockside. If we need to cancel the event, everyone will automatically be refunded.
Depending on availability and given that you do so with enough time ahead, you may be able to reschedule free of charge!
In the case where you book a sold-out event, or that we may need to reschedule due to life's unforeseen factors, we will transfer you to the next one. You will be notified if this occurs with at least 4 hours' notice.
